Dr. Rana Nadir Idrees is Associate Professor of Management Sciences at COMSATS University Islamabad
(Lahore Campus) and former Head of Department. His research spans leadership, human resource
management, organizational behavior, psychological capital, and the purposeful use of AI in education.
As Principal Investigator on an international social-science grant, he studies the well-being of
remote workers across South Asia — and channels every research insight back into the stories and
courses that empower the next generation.
